We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions
Resolves customer complaints in a prompt and efficient manner to minimize customer inconvenience and maximize the companies business image with the customer.
Offers comparison and choice shopping to customers by remaining aware of competitive trends in the automobile industry.
secures financing arrangements in support of products and services needed.
Assists the General Manager with advertising, promotional ideas and implementation of marketing programs.
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available optionsorms other related duties as assigned.
